Váš pobyt
The Bärenwirt in Petzenkirchen owes its name to the legend of a knight who defeated a mighty bear. Bears may not be on the menu here, but guests are welcome to bring a bear appetite with them. Patron Erich Mayrhofer is not only well-versed in regional cuisine, but is also not averse to excursions into more creative culinary realms, and even if there is no bear meat, the forests and streams of the region provide delicious ingredients ranging from venison to trout.
Finding the right wine to go with it is no problem in the well-stocked cellar of this RAD-friendly establishment. If the oenophile studies should turn out to be a little more extensive, extremely comfortable guest rooms are available directly on the Erlauftal cycle path.
The Landgasthof Bärenwirt has a total of 52 beds, including ten modern Mostviertel Premium bon-vivant rooms. So it's no wonder that prominent guests from the worlds of politics and culture are frequent guests at the hotel.
